At FANNA Polewear, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or a size exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is free from makeup or deodorant marks to qualify for a return.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned polewear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
